When the plugin cannot do it, we build it.

Booking portals, inventory apps and internal tools. Software written for one business, doing exactly what that business needs, with no monthly fee to somebody else.

Take a booking. Go on.

This is not a video. It is a working booking flow, with real availability logic behind it. Click through it and watch what happens on the business side as you go.

Availability is calculated from the length of the service you picked, so a two and a half hour colour does not get offered a slot with ninety minutes in front of it. That logic is the whole reason people end up needing something custom.

      Tally

Our own app. Syncs stock levels across a Shopify store and flags low counts before they sell out, so the store stops overselling and the owner stops counting boxes.

      Rose & Rae Collective

A booking system built from scratch rather than rented. Services, availability, deposits and confirmations, in one portal the team runs the day from.

      Next.jsBookingsLive

The real thing, not a mock-up.

Screens from the two systems we have built and shipped. Both are in daily use by the businesses they were written for.

Off the shelf, until it is not.

Most businesses should use an existing tool. We will tell you when that is the right answer, and which one. Custom is worth it when the tool is charging you monthly for something that does not quite fit, when your process has to bend around the software instead of the other way round, or when the data you need lives in three places and none of them talk.

Built properly, it stops being a cost. You own it, it does exactly what you do, and the monthly fee goes away.

      When custom is worth it
      • You are paying monthly for a tool that still does not fit
      • Your process bends around the software instead of the reverse
      • The same information is typed into two systems
      • The thing you need most is the thing the plugin will not do
      • You want to own it rather than rent it

      Let's build something that pays.

Tell us what you sell and where it is leaking. You will get a straight answer on whether we can help, usually the same day.
