rocaaccountants.co.uk
Rebuilt site and visual identity for an accountancy firm, plus standalone landing pages so each service has somewhere specific to send people.
The problem
The firm was winning work it looked too small to be winning. The old site did not say "we handle serious clients", and every enquiry landed on the same homepage regardless of what it was for.
What we built
- Full rebuild with a new visual identity, built to read as a firm that handles larger clients rather than a local practice
- Site structured around the services they actually want to sell, not an about-us first layout
- Separate landing pages per service, including company formation and switching accountants
- Each page answers one question and asks for one action, so campaigns can point at the right one
- Templated so new service pages can be added without a developer

SOCIA
sociaclo.com
Premium padel loungewear brand. Shopify store built to match the brand rather than wear it, with a custom in-site game as the lead magnet.
The problem
A premium brand launching into a crowded category. An off-the-shelf theme with a logo on it would have looked like everybody else, and there was no list to sell to on launch day.
What we built
- Shopify theme extended with custom Liquid sections rather than page-builder blocks, so the store matches the brand aesthetic exactly
- A padel rally challenge game built into the site as a lead magnet, giving people a reason to stay and a reason to hand over an email
- Early-access waitlist wired into Klaviyo so launch had an audience already waiting
- Custom cursor and motion treatment carried across the whole store

The Advice Room
theadviceroom.co.uk
Property investment business built end to end: site, ads, landing pages, CRM pipeline, tracking and automated nurture.
The problem
Hundreds of investor enquiries had come in over the previous year and were sitting unworked in a CRM nobody had set up properly. Ads were running, but nothing downstream was catching what they produced.
What we built
- Website and investor landing pages built in Elementor, with a callback request as the opt-in rather than a brochure download
- Meta campaigns running to those pages, with Conversions API set up so the ad account optimises against real deal value rather than form fills
- CRM pipeline rebuilt from scratch with proper stages, custom fields and a repointed intake automation
- Two automated nurture sequences written and built, covering new enquiries and reactivation of the historic backlog
- Domain authentication tightened so the sequences actually land

SACO Superfoods
sacosuperfoods.com
Migrated off Wix onto Shopify and custom coded the features that make the store worth visiting, including recipes that check out in one click.
The problem
The brand had outgrown Wix. They needed a platform that could actually grow with them, and features that a template store could not give them.
What we built
- Full migration from Wix to Shopify, chosen as the platform they can scale on
- Recipe pages custom coded so every ingredient links to the exact product, letting a visitor buy the whole recipe in one click
- Product structure built subscription-ready, with subscriptions now live
- Klaviyo flows plus GA4 and Meta pixel wired up so the data was usable from day one

Elysium Salon
elysium-salon.co.uk
Rebrand and site rebuild, with lead magnets feeding an automated email nurture sequence.
The problem
The business had outgrown its site. It looked a decade older than the work it was selling, and there was nothing capturing the people who visited and left.
What we built
- New visual identity applied across the site, from type scale to photography treatment
- Rebuilt in Elementor Pro so the team can edit prices and services themselves
- Lead magnets built into the site to turn visitors into email subscribers
- Automated nurture sequence running behind them, so a sign-up gets worked without anyone remembering

The Tagging Team
thetaggingteam.com
Website build for an RFID business, with Meta ads and email marketing running behind it.
The problem

What we built
- Website built in WordPress, written so a non-technical buyer understands what RFID does for them
- Meta campaigns driving enquiries to the site
- Email marketing set up to follow up and stay in front of a longer buying cycle

Shade Hairloss
shadehairloss.com
Store, product system and inventory tooling, with stock synced through our own Tally app.
The problem
Stock counts lived in a spreadsheet and the store oversold, which meant refunds and apologies rather than repeat customers.
What we built
- Shopify store built around the consultation-to-purchase journey
- Tally, our own inventory app, syncing stock levels and flagging low counts before they sell out
- Product variants restructured so shade and density are selectable without duplicate listings
- Klaviyo flows running behind the store

b-enggroup.co.uk

The problem
An engineering business that needed a site matching the scale of the work, and a plan for what to post rather than posting nothing.
What we built
- Website built around the capabilities and the sectors they serve
- Social media planning so there is a schedule to work to rather than ad-hoc posting

Iconic Mane
iconicmane.comShopify store rebuilt around a faster product page and a repeat-purchase email flow.
The problem
The brand was selling well on Instagram but losing people between the link in bio and the checkout. The product page buried shade matching and the store was carrying eleven apps.
What we built
- Rebuilt the product page around shade selection, with length and weight as visual choices rather than dropdowns
- Cut third party apps from eleven to four, taking mobile load under two seconds
- Klaviyo flows for browse abandonment, basket recovery and a reorder prompt
- Bundle logic so a full set sells as one product instead of three line items

By Danielle Alexandra
bydaniellealexandra.com
Brand-led Shopify site running two revenue lines, training and retail, from one shopfront.
The problem
Two revenue lines were competing for attention on a site built for neither.
What we built
- Split the homepage into two clear routes with separate calls to action
- Course products with instant access delivery on purchase
- Photography direction and a type system that carries across both lines
- Klaviyo flows running behind both revenue lines
Stack

HER Training
herhairlossacademy.com
Shopify site for a hair loss training academy, built to sell high-ticket courses to stylists, online and in person.
The problem
Two specialists, five courses from around £600 to over £2,000, and a buyer who needs convincing before spending that on training. The site had to explain the method, show the path and make the right course obvious.
What we built
- Custom Shopify theme sections built from scratch, with a signature highlight treatment carried across every heading
- Bestsellers page laid out as three clear tiers, online, small group and one to one, with the most popular in the middle
- Course pages driven by metafields, so features, badges and FAQs are edited per course without touching code
- Online or in-person choice built into the course pages, so nobody picks the wrong format
- Google reviews, WhatsApp chat and Klaviyo forms wired in site wide

By the numbers.
How a project runs.
- 01 Call Twenty minutes on what you sell, what it is worth, and where enquiries are currently going cold.
- 02 Map You get a one-page plan: pages, offers, tracking and the follow-up system. Fixed price, fixed scope.
- 03 Build Design and build in one pass, reviewed on a live staging link rather than a PDF full of mockups.
- 04 Launch DNS, tracking, email flows and the booking system go live together, so day one is measurable.
- 05 Run Ads and automations managed monthly, with a report that shows leads and revenue, not impressions.
What we do.
