What happens after you press send.
No sales sequence- 01 You get a reply, from me Usually the same day, often within a couple of hours. It is one person here, so the person who answers is the person who would do the work.
- 02 A short call, if it looks like a fit Twenty minutes. What you sell, what it is worth, and where the enquiries are going cold. No deck.
- 03 A one-page plan and a fixed price Pages, offers, tracking and follow-up, written down. You know the scope and the number before anything starts.
- 04 Or an honest no If ads are not viable yet, or an off-the-shelf tool would do the job, that is what you will hear. It is cheaper for both of us.
Before you ask.
What does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages, whether it is a shop, and whether anything custom is needed behind it. You get a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no hourly surprises. The quickest way to a number is a twenty minute call.
How long does a build take?
A straightforward site is usually a few weeks from brief to live. A store built from scratch has been done in under three. Custom systems take longer because they are written rather than assembled.
Do I have to take everything?
No. Plenty of clients start with just a website, or just ads. The reason we do all four is that they leak into each other, not because you have to buy the set.
Who actually does the work?
One person. No account manager, no junior, no handoff to someone you have never met. That is the trade: you get direct access, and we take on fewer clients.
Can you work with my existing site?
Often, yes. Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding costs less than repairing. You will get told which, with reasons.
Do you work outside Warrington?
Yes. Clients are all over the UK and nearly everything is done over a call and a shared staging link. Being local is nice, not necessary.
