Email Marketing
Automated flows drive 41% of all email revenue from 5.3% of the sends. Most businesses have none of them switched on, and spend more on ads instead to find people they could have kept.
Scroll to run a flow
Pick a scenario, then push time forward. This is the real shape of the sequences we build, branches included. In production it happens over days without anyone touching it.
The flow
Day 0
In their inbox
Every send is conditional. Buy at any point and the rest of the sequence stops, because nothing kills a list faster than chasing someone for something they have already bought.
Live accounts we run
From live sequences
Flows only earn their place if you can see what they returned. These are reporting screens from accounts we actually run, in the platforms we actually use.
Klaviyo, 2026
These are not our figures. They are Klaviyo's 2026 benchmarks, drawn from more than 183,000 brands. We include them because they make the argument better than we can.
of all email revenue comes from automated flows
From just 5.3% of the emails sent. The other 94.7% is campaigns.
more revenue per recipient than a one-off campaign
Because a flow reaches someone at the moment they were already interested.
the order rate of a broadcast newsletter
Plus roughly three times the click rate, on the same list.
of flow revenue comes from first-time buyers
Against 16% for campaigns. Flows do not just milk existing customers.

Our work
For a property investment client, hundreds of enquiries had come in over the previous year and were sitting unworked in a CRM nobody had set up properly. We rebuilt the pipeline and wrote two sequences: one for new enquiries, one to reactivate the backlog. Thirteen emails, all sending from the person the enquirer had actually spoken to.
Every one of those 335 people had already put their hand up once. Nobody had gone back to them. That is the cheapest audience in any business, and it is almost always the one being ignored.
Tell us what you sell and where it is leaking. You will get a straight answer on whether we can help, usually the same day.
Prefer to talk
No pitch deck. We look at what you are selling, where enquiries are going cold, and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.
